Locked out of phone, photos not backed up to murena cloud

Hi,

I recently locked myself out of my phone after changing my pin. I have heard that there is no way to access the phone or its storage without the pin due to encryption. However I literally have photos of a recently deceased pet which I would like to recover.

My murena cloud storage space ran out last year, so recent photos are not backed up. I recently purchased more storage space since then but this has not resulted in any recent photos being backed up to the cloud, even though it has wifi.

Can anybody tell me whether there is a way to make my phone connect to murena cloud without unlocking it?
If not, can anybody suggest anything else I could possibly try?

Have you rebooted the phone?

Yes sadly, I rebooted it before I remembered the backup feature.
