Login to account - email address not recognised?

Trying to login to my account (via laptop browser) and its not recocgnising my email address. It was ok last time! (Tried ‘forgot my password’ and it doesn’t send to my email)
Am I forgetting something?
Stuck! What can I do?
EDIT - I have been able to login, but it only takes me to the shop login - how do I get to the Workspace? I’ve used it before, and have the ‘welcome’ email sent in May. Now I can’t find it.
Email is functioning ok using murena.io and orig murena login addresses.

The forgot password email goes to the recovery email that you have set. Check this guide for the details.

Thanks for this. I would have received the recovery email if it had been sent. Or any email, if it had been sent. It seems my login address is not recognised now. I can still send and receive emails with the .io account, and the login for the shop account works (different to the workspace), but the workspace login doesn’t know me anymore. Very odd! I wonder what would happen if I signed up for the workspace again? Oddly, during this I suddenly received, on the phone, all the emails sent to me on that account going back months. This seemed odd, too. I checked the guide you sent - all of those items have been accounted for. None of those mails were responses to my attempt to log in or change my password, btw. Should I try to signup for workspace again? (I received message about making the shop and ID account the same login. I’m not sure how I go about that, or if my login not being recognised would break that). Sorry this is so long - I’m just trying to get my head around it!

I got a notification for this message on my login address, so this community forum remembers me at least!
EDIT - I tried it again - wondering if that sudden release of all my missed emails might have loosened up something. Well, I don’t know, but I am now able to get onto my Workspace again ! :smiley:
Can you tell me about this merging Shop and ID account logins?

For queries about the sales and support from helpdesk you should submit the query using the form Contact Us Contact Us if not already done.

They usually respond within 7 - 10 days due to the number of requests.
