How to install Magisk (root) with an FP3+ preinstalled /e/OS?

You have to download the .zip from github
You can boot to custom recovery to install it,
Or you can flash it with fastboot command
The latest version of MAGISK only has an .APK file, but you just have to rename the extension to .ZIP to be able to flash it using a Custom recovery.
I can I start even with the bootloader is locked, fastboot boot twrp.img and flashing Makist.
is it possible unlock the bootloader?
