Mail.ecloud.global is blacklisted by www.ers.trendmicro.com

I just found out mail.ecloud.global was blacklisted. Ive requested the removal but I come to the suspect that I cant use the emailadress for important mail.
Over the last weeks Ive come to suspect that many mails dont arrive or get sorted out by spam filters.

Does anyone has any further information?

Yes, I have the same issue, particularly when sending email to yahoo accounts, they always end up in the spam folder. I will also notify the helpdesk.
