I made a post about my media player disappearing as soon as I lock the screen. It’s there for a second then disappears. Can a widget be displayed on a locked screen? Is is conditional on the launcher that I use? - #2 by Whizzo
I couldn’t work it out then was changing sounds of all things one day and BOOM there is the option in ** Settings/ sound and vibration/ Media - show player on lock screen! I don’t know why it’s in there but I never found it before. Anyway, for me that was the fix - it was off by default also so hope this helps
