I think Hiroh is a total scam, and itâs concerning to see Murena entering a deal with such a shady company.
We donât know much about Hiroh apart from the name of the company, the address, a phone number, and the names of two people involved. Letâs start from the address.
As someone mentioned earlier, from the contact page of their website we know they are based in Wyoming. The address is 1309 Coffeen Avenue Suite 1200 Sheridan, WY 82801.
A quick look into Google Maps and we can see that this location is probably just an empty warehouse where plenty of companies are registered.
We can quickly find Hiroh LLC in Wyomingâs business register: the company has been registered in March 2025 by a lawyer specialized in quickly opening companies in some US states.
What about the founders? If we search for Victor Cocchia on Youtube we find a video where he promotes his conservative think tank, the âLiberty and Freedom Foundationâ. Sadly, the website of this organization is no longer available, but they are on Facebook if you want to laugh a bit.
In the same video, he speaks in favor of Sarah Palin. I wouldnât give money to a conservative, but thatâs my opinion.
So what else did mr Cocchia do? A quick Google search and we can see that he previously founded a start-up making iPhone cases, called Vysk. The company is apparently facing lawsuits and has gone stealth. AP reports âmore than $1.9 million in unpaid payroll taxesâ, âmore than $3,000 in unpaid unemployment taxesâ, lawsuits filed for âmore than $1 million that was allegedly due under a lease and related agreementsâ. Court documents are freely available online. A newspaper reports that in 2017 some shady billionaires gave Vysk money.
So now this guy is back, he created a company in Wyoming that exists only in papers and in a website, and he wants 300⏠to preorder a phone that was supposed to come out three months ago. And Murena is partnering with them.
To all the people who preordered this, best of luck to get your money back!
