MicroG does not stay disabled after an upgrade of /e/?

Dear All,
Just a short question. Sometime ago I disabled MicroG, at least, that is what I remember. Today I saw it was enabled. Can that be caused by a recent update of /e/? I would like it to stay disabled, also after updates of /e/.
If someone could clarify this for me, thanks.
No discussion about MicroG intended.

I don’t remember having system apps enabled after a system update.
