Hello everyone,
I’m a free Murena user and I’m trying to understand what happened to my files after the 2024 outage.
A large number of my files disappeared and unfortunately they never came back. I also checked my account carefully and I do not have the “MurenaRecovery” folder that some users mentioned receiving.
Could someone please help me verify whether:

my account was included in the recovery process;

recoverable data may still exist on the backend;

or if there is anything else I should try.
I would really appreciate any guidance or assistance.
