Moto Edge 2020 Racer Updater stopping

Hi, my friend has this issue of Updater Keeps Stopping and not able to update past [e-2.2-t-20240718417775-dev-racer.zip]
When clicks on INSTALL, she gets the “Updater keeps stopping” prompt. Any suggestions??. I am not close by so cannot simply do CLI update to her.

try cleanning cache and storage…

→ settings → apps & notifications → see all apps → 3 dots → show system → updater → storage & cache
