Murena cloud keeps saying my cloud is nearly full

Hi, Since some time I keep receiving notifications from e/OS saying my cloud space is nearly full.

I don’t have video or photo synchronized from my phone (first thing I checked), and I regularly delete old emails on the Cloud website.

The weird thing is that when I go to the my murena space on the web site, and verifiy the sier used by my files, it is only 185MB …

Is there some hidden place where to search if I have data stored ?

Thank you

Gero

Yes check the Deleted folder on the left of the main folders. The after emptying deleted items then sometimes a reboot is necessary to see the space freed up.

and sometimes the mailboxes are also taken into account (https://murena.io/apps/snappymail/#/settings/folders).

I have check the Delete folder, and I have emptied it, but still. the file system show that only 184MB are used.

I don’t understand where are the orther data that supposedly fill my storage.

Yes, but I have cleand my emails (and how can I see the space used by mail mails ?)and I have see not difference.

I think that you cannot easily see the space occupied by email but it is important to empty mail Trash too as some attachments might mount up in size. I seem to remembrr it being said that on the free account the email space does have a limit so “Mail full to limit” might trigger the warning even if the “main” storage occupies only 184MB.

If you happen to have saved messages with (large) attachments maybe it is a good idea the Save the attachments to some other folder out of email.
