Murena e-mail filters don't show up and can't be selected/activated

I hope this is the correct place to ask this, if it’s not, i’d appreciate if someone could point me the right way.

My problem is quite simple: I can’t get e-mail filters for my murena.io account to work. I’ve tried following the guide (Setting up e-mail filters) and i can create the filter no problem. The created filter then doesn’t show up in the filters tab however, therefore i can’t select it. There is a dot to the left of “Simple”, but selecting that does not activate my filter either.

any filter is a sub-entry to “Simple” when you click on it.

you can only save the filter if it has a: name, condition, action (move to folder etc)
