Hello, I recently got a Murena Fairphone 6, and it has restarted itself spontaneously quite a few times today, maybe twice in the days before.
I’d quite like to know why and make it stop if possible, as every time it does, for some reason Spotify also loses all of my downloaded music. Not the most major gripe, but it is annoying.

Pl can you share details as to if you purchased the FP6 from the Murena Shop or installed the build yourself. We had an issue with the FP6 on an older build where it was rebooting randomly for users
I purchased it directly from Murena on their shop website. Also I’m on AT&T network via Mint Mobile if that matters, using eSIM.

During the introduction of fp6 there have been quite a few updates based approimately on
3.0
3.1
3.1.x
3.2
Now due (but probably not due for official before the end of the week) is v3.3.
If you are currently at one of the levels below 3.2 shows as
e-3.2-a15-20251022539003-official-FP6
you can check for updates on
Settings > System updates
Well, I went to check and it does indeed say that I’m on a version of 3.2. It actually updated and restarted at least once over night and says I have the most up to date version as of shortly before I woke up.
When I hit the refresh button to check for updates, the phone froze completely and restarted a few seconds later. Still says it’s on
e-3.2-a15-20251022539003-official-FP6 and is fully updated.
I have this happen a couple of times a week and when it does happen it tends to happen 3 times within the same hour. Every time it does this it flashes a message about US carrier something before promptly restarting. I am also on mint mobile and bought directly with Murena. (currently running 3.2 and looking forward to 3.3)
Is there any additional information on this topic?
I bought my FP6 via the FP shop with e/OS pre installed last week. It has been restarting for the past 2 days several times a day.

Hi, I didn’t exactly “solve” it so much as it just stopped after a few days. I will say though, during that time I also switched away from Surfshark VPN to Proton. Truly have no idea if that mattered though.
i’ve got no VPN app installed. VPN settings are also empty (i checked just to be sure)
