I am so incredibly stressed and disappointed with the lack of communication and my money being held by Murena. $350 might not be a lot of money for some, but as a college student this is a lot to me and I don’t know what else to do to get it back.
I opened a ticket for my refund of the Teracube 2s on October 2nd. I was contacted on October 7th and submitted the refund form to the helpdesk staff Mona Rawat on October 7th. I was provided with a shipping label on October 9th, and shipped the package on October 10th. I turned on tracking updates and the package was marked as delivered by USPS on Tuesday October 14th: “USPS 9400150895206000008331, Delivered, Front Desk/Reception/Mail Room 10/14/2025 2:04pm LAKEWOOD NJ 08701”
I have not received any updates since then aside from being told by Mona that the information was forwarded to the Murena team. I have sent 4 emails since then to try and get any sort of response to no avail.
I had a call scheduled on October 17th with Teracube support. They did not call me at the time it was scheduled for, but I did get a call back 4 hours later, which I pulled over to the side of the road for with my best friend in the car as I was really eager to try and get this resolved. The representative informed me that she was really sorry for how my experience has been so far, but that Teracube cannot process refunds for Murena. She said there was no phone number for me to call, and that they only communicate with Murena via email. She recommended I open a new ticket, so I opened one yesterday and another one today. I will keep doing this in the hopes I can eventually get any sort of communication.
I followed every step I was given and returned the phone factory reset, in the box in perfect condition.
I’m so disappointed in my experience, because I really wanted to believe in what Murena stood for. But I cannot in good faith recommend this company to anyone when they are holding my money hostage.
