Murena SIM service isn't starting

Verizon isn’t able to help me port my phone number back — need a transfer port/PIN, please, and/or an account # with Murena

Verizon rep in person can’t find Murena account #, when I’m logged inon Murena website, and she uses my laptop.

In the unlikely event you’re reading this on Sunday while I’m in the Verizon store, she is Taylor Randall, 207-942-1004; cc’d above (wireless zone is a local Verizon franchise, in Bangor ME)

I saw this ticket on the helpdesk queue. It has been answered on the 25th of April and the team has sent you a return label. Please fill it and send it back and they will arrange for a refund for you.

In case you have already sent it in it should be processed by the team. In case you have not received it as yet please respond on the same ticket. I am passing on this information to the helpdesk team from my side as well and will have them look out for your letter.
