In the short run, it is probably safe to say if 4.0 is not available for your device today, it certainly will not be so before monday (and this does not mean either that monday would unleash everything for everyone). Murena typically avoids to release official or community builds at the weekend. For all Fairphones, this apparently means we will not see any official builds and neither community builds for FP3 and FP6 before next week.
