Murena workspace failing to work with self hosted (Yunohost) Nextcloud

Setting up a new device /e/OS for a family member I failed to get Murena workspace working with our family nextcloud. It’s a self-hosted yunohost install of nextcloud : GitHub - YunoHost-Apps/nextcloud_ynh: Nextcloud package for YunoHost · GitHub . It seems to indicate that caldav and carddav are not supported, but the redirections from .well-known seem to be in place. Maybe this is related to the Yunohost SSO but I am having trouble identifying if that is the case.

What is strange is that on my personal device I am successfully using Nextcloud app + Davx5 to get Calendar & Photos synchronization working, does murena workspace expect certain nextcloud applications to be installed ?

I ended up switching to the same “install nextcloud, install davx5” solution, but I would be happy to help get workspace working for self-hosted nextcloud. How can I test and debug this problem ?

no, “accountmanager” is a built-in davx5 fork that will suffice.

tail -f into the access logs of your yunohost and see where the device requests a path that yunohost wouldn’t fulfil. There are a few nextcloud selfhosters around and old threads where it’s about .well-known paths and dav usernames.
