reading the get support from e/ it says at some point that they have not stable builds but beta. Is that right??

That’s correct: all recent builds are version 0.nn (the latest is / will be 0.19)
When the software is ready for ‘stable’ or ‘production’ status, I guess the number will go to 1.nn
Mind you, for ‘beta’ code /e/ is is remarkably ‘stable’
