My Cloud is full, but I never used it. Are my eMails from my account posteo account all in the cloud? Can I delete them in the Cloud without deleting the Mails in my eMail Account?

Hi @flochs welcome to the /e/ forum.

Indeed emails in your trash can will occupy space in the ecloud.

Actually email has its own threshold for full, in the cloud.

So it is not required to access ecloud if you don’t want to.

  • You can delete mails in the trash can to free up space. These will be saved till deleted.
  • You can apply for bigger email storage.

Hi @flochs Had the same issue te other day, one video I made was the fault. I stopped synchronisation of pictures and such. Mabybe check something like that
