My email address has been disabled!

I haven’t logged in for 5 years, can you help me reactivate it?

You can send the details to helpdesk team, mentioning you haven’t logged in for 5 years and have them reactivate the account.

I have forwarded my issue to support and am waiting for my email address to be reopened. Thank you for providing the information.

I still can’t get into my email.

The last communication I see from the helpdesk is that your account was enabled and you should be able to log on. You can get back on the same ticket with them to share details of what error you are getting.
