When my wife tries to log in to the Murena cloud (Login – Murena), she gets a user disabled.
After searching the topics in this community, I noticed that it might have been caused by a missed e-mail (see topic User Disabled on Direct Login but Visible Otherwise).
There was a mail last April with Subject “Terms of Service acceptance warning”.
However the link in that mail is no longer valid.
Odd:
- She can still log in to her “Murena account” (Welcome to your account page!)
- She can still use her e.email mailbox.
Is there a way to get a new link for this “Terms of Service acceptance warning”, so that her account gets re-enabled?
Maybe @Manoj can point me in the right direction?
