As for me, Iâd like 2 little big things :
1- Get VoLTE on Samsung devices
2- Have Monet built-in and activated
The former is very hard to achieve, the latter goes against your UI design⌠but you asked.
I have this reference (I love dire straits) but I meant Monet like the Material you engine which has been deactivated in /e/ for UI reasons or whatsoever.

So why donât producers of these devices just pull their head in and leave the legal confirmation stuff up to the owner of the device.
The makers ARE NOT GOD, FAR FROM IT.
Jurisdictions often change politicaly, OFTEN not country wide but within a state (or whatever they call it).
Google try to stop me recording all calls on my mobiles ALTHOUGH recording of ANY conversation to which one is a participant IS legal In VICTORIA Australia.
So self chest beating like those responsible (GOOGLE COMES TO MIND!!) cannot control the now or future and yet feel real good behaving like they do.
Then thank heavens comes along some entity like e/OS and a calmness comes over us WISHING that they will get their common sense hat on and make simple choices available to the users of their products where the user makes the choices, after all they canât stop their phones being used to organise murder, theft, copyright ignorance, even adultery.

A smart charge function like seen in LineageOS or Advanced Charging Controller (ACC). With the option to set a upper and lower charging limit and the possibility to leave the device connected to the charger and when the upper charging limit is reached the device gets itâs power directly from the charger instead of using nor further charging the battery (as long as the current usage doesnât exceed the power which can be provided by the charger).

The point is that YOU are in charge to decide how your device behaves and what the limits and behaviour of it should be. Not some random chance or luck.

I would like to say that I 100% agree with this request. Also, voltage / amps / power charge control would also be nice. At least, having a stable way to disable fast charging without having to root the device is, to me, mandatory to expand battery longevity.

Not sure where this resides on my wish list, but I have not seen it so far:
An emergency bypass feature like on iOS would be great. â> Contacts marked as important, like kindergarten or school, should ring if the phone is set to vibrate. This is different from favorites getting through, as those would likely be more regular callers.

In order of priority,
App drawer in default launcher
Option to extend frequency range options on night light further into the red/orange end of the spectrum. I know there are apps that do this, but then itâs just another set of permissions and vetting and all that.
Default keyboard app features to avoid having to figure out what apps we can trust with input permissions
- Just a FEW more symbols under standard English keyboard: I would particularly request approximately equal to and not equal to. Or add em to emojis?
- Swipe typing (Iâm sure this is quite an ask on its own)

Please replace request for GPS data from supl.google.com with some other equivalent service.
The default Android implemtation sends GPS coordinates and IMSI of the SIM few times a day to Google. I checked my DNS log of my e/OS phone and it contacts this domain few times per day.
