Network over LAN - (no Wifi or Mobile Network)

Hello does anybody know if e supports full support for a Network connection over a USB dongle?

So that apps work without WIFI or Mobile Network.

I believe usb lan dongle has to be supported from the kernel.

You need to have a look with lineage os kernel if supports the future or if a custom kernel exists with the future you require.
