Hi all,

I am very new here and a complete newbie wrt. /e/OS. I have started using it for a few days with my new Fairphone 6.

I have an issue with my banking app (Credit Agricole: Ma Banque). To connect to my account, I need to click on a link and I have the following error message.

I know from having a quick look at the forum that I can expect issues with the securipass function (although the last messages I see are 2 years old so maybe it has evolved) but I am feeling I am blocked even before that.

Hello @AdJ, Welcome to the /e/ users forum.

Securipass also don’t work on my device, although my situation is a bit different (community build, and unlocked bootloader).

you can call your banking advisor, and ask for the “securicode” feature to be enable, (2FA through SMS)
so you will be abble to manage your accounts via “https web site” or “Progressiv Web App”

So guys, community build, and unlocked bootloader here too but a working CA app.

@AdJ go to Settings, Apps, MaBanque, Ouvrir par dĂ©faut: you need to have 4 links validated and ‘In apps’ selected.

@Tintin I have 0 link validated. Should I add them myself ?

i just installed the app to see what you are talking about,
and i have the 4 validated without intervention present.

Could you try to activate all compatible links, in the app parameters (in French “Ouvrir par defaut”, check “ouvrir les liens compatibles” and with the + / ajouter un lien button, add all the available ones).

I think there is an open issue for that but can’t find it.

Thank you, i personnaly not trying to use the app and securypass anymore, as i have my securycode actived, i can and prefer use the web interface since 2 years or more.
