Newest system update not updating like previous updates

Hello, on my Nexus 5x this update is loading twrp and then not proceeding.

Any suggestions on why this update is unlike all the previous ones, and what I need to do to proceed?

Pl can you try to download it from here and sideload it to check if the ROM installs
We are having an issue with a few devices which do not have dedicated Maintainers.
