Nextcloud client synchronization

Hi guys,

any ideas on how to connect to Nextcloud as described here:
https://doc.e.foundation/support-topics/link-ecloud-with-windows

I did as described, i repeated the test even with two factor auth, but always the same issue:
Browser says “Account should be connected”, but Nextcloud response is always
“Access from Nextcloud client is blocked”, see picture.

Any ideas what I migh do wrong?

sorry my fault, I tend to forget client sync is still turned off by default enable client sync as described at Backup my files after the Murena Workspace outage Client Synchronization Log in your murena account. In dashboard >> Your profile (top right )>> Settings >> Client Synchronization (left side menu) enable checkbox. [murena-io-settings-client-synchronisation]

quiz: how old is your murena account? if it’s a new one, I’d be foolish to not enable client-sync by default again. Those users never took part in the time of outage.
