Hi, I wanted to change my email address for this forum to an alias address from Simplelogin (@8alias.com) but get no confirmation email. It seems that these addresses are blocked, but that would be a great improvement to privacy.
Hi @sax, I guess the inability to change email address is a feature of discourse as it is mentioned here, How to change email if access to old email is no longer available? - support - Discourse Meta. Maybe if you ask at support@e.email an admin might do this for you?

Not yet, the new alias mail is shown as unconfirmed. Resend doesn’t work. I’ll write to support@e.email.
Pl send me a message with the details. Mails to support in this case will get redirected to me. I will try to manually change the email ID.
I got all my confirmation emails tonight and it works now. It seems that the mails had a very long delay. Thanks
