I front an issue un App Lounge. When I select any App to get more details or to install it, I always have a white screen. Nothing is display.

There is a troubleshooting guide at Get /e/ OS - e Foundation - deGoogled unGoogled smartphone operating systems and online services - your data is your data - maybe the anonymous session of your App Lounge has expired?

Firstly thank you for your answer.
I have try to fix my issue with the troubleshouting guide, I have reset my loggin and reconnect with my Google email and password. But I front the same issue : impossible to display the detail and so install it…
My OS reference is : e/OS3.5-a15-20260211580868-official-FP5
I use a FairPhone 5 Android 5

When App Lounge first opens, I am fairly confident, the exchange of tokens starts and one sees an animated blank screen. I take care that this clears within < 5 seconds and detail of apps and individual apps succeeds before proceeding. This is on the basis of my belief that token exchange failed so any install will fail.
The FAQ very importantly includes the advice to Clear storage and to WAIT.
Clear App Lounge’s data by navigating to Settings > Apps > App Lounge > Storage & cache > Clear storage, then wait for a while before you use the Anonymous account login again.
Please be prepared to wait say 12 hours in order to clear the remote server of the memory of this fail to deliver to a compromised device. Also it is a good idea to have a well charged battery as this gets checked before delivery and install starts.
While Google email login is supposed to work I never used it and there may be some Google login bug at present. Possibly related Release v0.3.13.250932 · microg/GmsCore · GitHub.
You might consider whether Anonymous login is satisfactory and just Google login the fail.
I currently use e/os on 2 phones - both samsung. On one of them, app lounge functions on the other, not yet. I have been trying everything - EXCEPT FOR WAITING !!!

In any case, I just cleared storage now. Will wait 12 hours and see how it works.

I face the exact same issue. I restarted my phone (FP6), empty app lounge cache data, remove application data, disconnect my account.
When I connect and try to click on an app icon to the details page I first have the message ‘Google Play apps can’t be displayed when only open source apps are selected‘, parameter that I didn’t selected. Leaving and coming back to the app lounge app have the same effect as described above : empty screen for an app detail and I can’t install apps either.

And it really is true! I have been using e/os for years and I only come here when I have problems !!!
That being said, if I knew more, enough to be helpful, I’d probably come here more often

I had to log out from my google-account, then reboot the phone, log in again and reboot the phone again.
Don’t know if the first reboot was necessary, but now App lounge is working when signed in. It worked anonymously too, but I want to be logged in due to paid apps that I have
