No CardDAV synching anymore to macOS and iPadOS

I did turn off my CardDAV Accounts during the break down of Murena. I wanted to enable it under macOS (V 12.7.6) today, but my password or my name were not accepted anymore. I believe I have to use the same password, which works for Mail and Notes with a CalDAV account.

On my iPad, the CardDAV account seems to have been enabled all the time. When I tried the known password there today, it broke too. The synching still works to my phone.

I believe I have to enter the following

account type: manual
user name: my email address
server address: murena.io
password: my one and only Murena password

In the nextcloud documentation I found instead, that a token has to be used as password. I created one in the Murena dashboard, but it did not halp either.

Any ideas?

I am a new user of Murena, and I think I encounter the same issue. Syncing my Murena.io account to my Mac works for both Calendar and Email, however Contacts refuses to add the account;

Adding my CardDav account in the same way as Realcyke results in an error: “Unable to verify account name or password”.
The Contacts app on my /e/OS phone does sync with the Murena Dashboard.

Is this a temporary problem or is there another way to get this sync working?
