I cannot install an insurance app via anonymous connection in app store. When connecting to play store via real user instead of anonymous it says “problem with google servers”. Screen remains dark , no app list shows up, an endless loop or wait situation. Same when trying through Aurora store. No working real user connection. Anonymous works there as well, but i cannot install the downloaded app, it claims “unsufficient security properties of your device”.
May be these are two different problems. This insurance app will prevent me from switching to e/os completely, thus all medicine and doctor things will be processed through this app “Continentale GesundheitsApp”, Germany.
Is anybody running this new App ( it was “C… RechnungsApp before) in Germany on e/os ?
And if so under which model and e/os-version ?
Is it because my OnePlus Nord , too old ? I just installed e/os on it. Works fine, except this non installable App.
I found technical requiremnets on insurance page :
“To use the app, you need a smartphone running the Android or iOS operating system. The app supports the current version as well as the two previous versions.” Is there hope now….
I installed the 20250828-version.
The ‘A16 official’ link for avicii Oneplus Nord points to A14 Version. That is what i downloaded yesterday. Confusing.
There is an other page offering A16 for avicii, but Oneplus Nord is not in the supported device list.
Someone reported a bug (‘screen casting’ for A16), even more confusing. So he installed the current A16. May be A14 is stable A16 works somehow in development, but A16 link shouldn’t point to A14 ??
… and there are also community builds … but it has been decided to drop documentation for these builds where there is already official. See Different Build Types
Beware you cannot flip-flop between official and community, if you decided to change it should be a fresh install with Format data. Hopefully official a16 won’t be too far away.
This is likely secondary to the real advice you need; is
Continentale GesundheitsApp
working for others on e/OS?
I was able to install on a15
Version 3.9.14 de.generali.health.app.prod
but untested to login. (Found in Aurora Store.)
Aurora store is available from https://f-droid.org/. Having these 3 sources of apps is seen as good practice by many.
Edit, later App Lounge found and then installed the app once I searched for the package by the appID shown above.
