Using build R in a sony xz2c , while receiving a message in sms app, it appears a notification in the top but not in the app icon. Is that normal or it has to be open a bug?

Try in Settings : enter in search bar: notification access. Go there and edit to " allowed" for your launcher.

It seems that it works. I was trying to find this before, but bliss launcher it doesnt work like trebuchet, of course. Thanks
