No follow up to Ticket #99111312 - return label offered

Hi good morning,

I raised a ticket after receiving my phone (Teracube) with a broken seal. After one week I was offered the option to get a return label (and a refund, I should hope!) and I have responded affirmative 7 days ago.

So far, no reaction and the period for the right of withdrawal has passed (which I didnt excercise as I was offered a return label) and I am hanging in the air here with no label, no money and no recourse.

Would really appreciate if this could be resolved quickly.
