No possible to add a payment card in voi app

Hello all,
I can not add a payment card on voi app (app to rent bicycle in Paris). I tried with boursobank, axa bank, amex.
I have an error message : quelque chose s’est mal passé, essaie plus tard.
I guess the prob comes from 3d secure.
I have allowed the tracker for this app but it does not change anything.
Please help

Dott app doesn’t work either.
The support team just told me they do not accept modified OS like lineage or graphene OS.
