No sound call sound when connected with bluetooth (speakers, headphones...)

Hi! Since I have my Fairphone 6 (>4 months now) I’m having this problem: when connected with bluetooth (headphones or speakers) my phone do not ring when someone is calling. No sound at all, neither through the headphones/speakers or the phone itself. It only vibrates if activated and if I was listening some audio it stops the time of the silent sound call. I missed a lot of calls because of this and is really annoying.
I tried with Jabra Elite 3, CMF Buds Pro 2 and JBL speakers…
My phone is Murena /e/OS updated with v3.2 but I had the same probleme before updating.
Someone have the same issue? It’s a known problem and a solution will come with updates?

Hello, There is a strange thing which is happening with my ear buds with an USB cable (2 different sets) and the Fairphone 6 /e/OS : they are working perfectly with music (Idagio or Music app) or with Audible but with the Phone app… No sound! Hearing aids e/OS 3.1.4 FP4

I have Danalogic Ambio S 67 hearing aids which work fine using Bluetooth with my FP4 running e/OS 3.1.4, except for using the phone app. Phone calls via Signal or Whatsapp work fine, but there is no sound for normal phone calls until I switch to Speaker. Alarm does not work properly with connected bluetooth headphones

Hello I have an FP6 with the latest e/OS. The alarm clock does not make a sound when headphones (Bluetooth) are connected. Only vibration works. I have the same issue since I bought the FP6 with /e/OS. No alarm, notification, ringtone when connected to any bluetooth device. Very annoying.

This problem has also been discussed in No ringtone with bluetooth headset connected . It does not only affect “ring tone sound” but also “alarm sound”, while connected to bluetooth. So if you are listening to music, you might miss an alarm ringing.

In Problems with Bluetooth (Murena Fairphone 6) - #39 by Manoj you can read: “The developers are putting in some fixes in v3.3 . They will also be checking some of the other bugs that are linked above.” Let’s hope, this bug will be fixed, too.
