I would like to use the EPA App (“Elektronische Patientenakte”) by health insurance company AOK.
Using this App is rejected by app.
“Unzulässiges Betriebssystem
Nutzungseinschränkung aufgrund von Systemmodifikationen
Die “AOK Mein Leben”- App kann derzeit nicht verwendet werden, da eine Veränderung am Betriebssystem (z.B. Rooting oder Jailbreak) erkannt wurde. Bitte stellen Sie das ursprüngliche Betriebssystem wieder her, um die App nutzen zu können.”
What can I do to make the App accept everything is fine with /e/?
I tried this on /e/OS both with the bootloader locked and the bootloader unlocked, it returned the same message every time. I very much assume it will refuse to run under any custom ROM.
Sorry if it’s too much of a side issue:
The scheme of data protection is so weak and the overall concept is unclear, that anyone who runs /e/OS to keep up a higher level of privacy, should stay away from the German approach of the Elektronische Patientenakte (EPA).
Actually, I would prefer to check EPA entries from my PC on which I use a debian type distro. Unfortunately, my health insurance company only offers their PC apps only for Win or Apple (apart from the iOS and Android versions). So currently I am lost when it comes to view EPA entries on my own computers. I hope that they’ll come up with a web-based access option independant of OS and browser.
I am facing a similar problem with the app of helsana, a swiss health plan company. It used to work on my phone until some weeks ago, now there is a generic error when I want to log in. Every hint is highly apprechiated!
