This is a follow-up for this post I made before: Not receiving notifications on time.
I recently discovered I could replicate the behavior of notifications clustering and appearing all together only when I enable the Data Saver.
The reason I created this post is, I couldn’t find Data Saver configuration options, as in, notifications are late, even if I’m connected to Wifi, where I don’t want to save Data.
Is this expected behavior? Am I missing configuration settings somewhere? Can Data Saver be disabled for some apps while being strict for others?
