I installed Notys application (expense management app used in my company) on my Fairphone 3 running /e/Os.
The app starts and remains on the “welcome” page displaying the app logo, not giving access to the home page of the app.
How can I debug this?
I’ll also try to raise a case to Notys’ support team.
but you see and got past the “activate account” screen by qr scanning / entering an activation code?
b2b apps are hard to debug as a bystander when they’re behind logins. If they have a website with the same functions you could pin it to the homescreen and have an “App” that way.
I have a second FP3 which I also converted to /e/OS/ and installed Notys app.
Same issue with this second phone.
I’ll raise a case to the Notys support team.
