Nubank not installing on dubai 3.0.4

I use a brazilian bank app called nubank ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nu.production&hl=pt&gl=US ). It was working perfectly on my previous device (moto one action) running e OS 3.0.4 Troika, but it is not installing on my new device (moto edge 30) running e OS 3.0.4 dubai.

When I try to install it using App Lounge, it simply does not install.
When I try to do it using Aurora, it gives a error message (a quick flash that I cant read) and the Aurora app crashes.

Does any one have a suggestion?

I have no clue why, but this morning the app installed successfully.
