Once low battery level reached, charging disabled

Hi,
looks like under 10% battery level, it is not possible to charge the fairphone4. The only ways I found are:

  • rebooting, or
  • disabling battery charge control. Then instantly enabling it again.

Then the battery starts charging.

Environment:

  • Device: Fairphone 4 e/OS/
  • OS: e/OS/ v3.7.3 Android 14

Switch the device off, pull the accu, count to 10, put it in again, then charge.
