Oneplus 8 A14 to A15 or A16

Hi, I have oneplus 8 with /e/OS A13. I upgraded to A14 with /e/OS installer with success. I tried to upgrade it to A15 or A16 with /e/OS installer but it’s always A14 suggested

What I have to do to install A15 or A16, please ?

It doesn’t work

neither option 1 nor option 4

with option 1 it returns error with A15 or A16, I did reset factory from recorvery mode, no error but % of instalaltion stay at 0%

with option 4, at 47% it said if I want dowgrade it because OS is older than one installed on device

for your information, i installed last platform tools

What can I do, please

it’s written “error : recorvery : update package is older than the current build, expected a build newer than timestamp 1764557815 but package has timestamp 1784427732 and downgrage not allowed”

it seems the timestamp is still newer

Can I override the message of downgrading ?

Ok,
The recovery detect build date older, so i see two options now :

  1. Wait a couple of week to get e-4.2-a16
  2. fastboot flash the new recovery before adb sideload the new build
