Are you still facing the issues in connecting to OnlyOffice? There could have been some network trouble when you last tried to contact. Pl can you check again it should be working now.

Pl send a mail to helpdesk@e.email. Share the ID with them, the ID with which you are trying to access the site. The team should be able to help you out.

I see now it was blocked by Firefox UMatrix. It is working now again.
