OTA update leave my FP5 on A13

My FP5 was bought in 2024 from the Murena store.

/e/ OS 2.x (A13) was preinstalled.

Since then, it updated itself via OTA without any problem, but remaining always on Android 13, also when A14 and A15 releases became available.

Today it updated itself to 3.1.1T, again A13.

My previous FP3+, that came preinstalled too, updated itself with two major update from A11 to A12, then to A13, all via OTA.

Why my FP5 do not update itself in the same way?
What I can do, apart from a clean reinstall?

Just a little bit of patience, your OTA upgrade to A15 is coming in around two months:

That’s bad and for me it was the knockout criterion! A dearly paid Murena FP5, which was still on A13, with the end of support already on the horizon. I’m now very happy to be back on original Android with my Oneplus 13. There are now far too many concessions that e/OS demands of you!

It’s bad from the moment on when it runs out of security update support without an upgrade in sight, but here we are, looking at the OTA upgrade announcement, months away from security update support EOL.
Dark times, indeed.
