Since a few weeks my phone powers off while I’m listening to music via Bluetooth. Meaning, it just powers off completely, without any (audible) notification or anything; just off. After that I, have to start it manually, I won’t power on on its own. Any ideas?
Detail:
- FairPhone 6
- e/OS 3.7.1-a15-20260414608755-official-FP6
- I’m located in the EU, if that’s of any significance
- issue happens only when listening via Bluetooth
is it as reproducible as a specific song on a specific app induce the shutoff?
if I go through the FP6 tagged backlog items I can see crashes, but related to mobile network, not bluetooth.
Being easily reproducible would yield a good logcat to narrow down the reason.
Does it happen after same time when playing or immediately?
What player are you using?
I’ll try to make it reproducible during the next few days. The crashes are related to any specific song.
It happens after about 20 min, I guess. But I’m not sure right now and will test it. Currently I am using the quobuz music app.
Just asking because some players have some kind of sleep mode or even power off mode as option.
