Picture adjustment in LiveDisplay stuck the phone with a grey filtered screen

Fairphone 3 user who values privacy and alternative software/OS, I was really happy to hear / e / was available for my phone.

As I liked the “grey filter” on Android (that turns the screen in white&grey&black), I tried to reproduce this feature with / e /.
Yesterday in the “LiveDisplay” I found a parameter called picture adjustment, where you can change the saturation intensity and contrast of the screen, which I did to have a grey screen.

Today I wanted to take a picture so I went back to this setting to put the colours back on. To my great surprise, now saturation, intensity and contrast are back to the initial value (which is 0), but my screen is still grey ! So no matter which value I give to these parameters, the colours are gone.

I noticed the Display Mode and Colour Temperature of the LiveDisplay did not work yesterday and neither today.

Anyone has an idea how to enable/disable the screen in colours ?
I’m considering installing /e / again to fix it.

Thanks a lot and have a nice day !

To disable colours, just go in Settings > Display > Live Display > Reading mode. No need to do tricky things

There is also a shortcut for this in the notification bar/control center.

Thanks for you reply, I read so before tinkering the picture adjustment.
Unfortunately there is no “Reading mode” option in my phone (just did the research to double check) and no shortcut in the control center neither
