The 3.4 update installed something called FM Radio that I cannot get rid of nor change any of the permissions. It also does not allow any phone app other than the delivered one. I have been using a 3rd party phone app for quite some time. Not anymore.
How would I roll this update back?
Regain your privacy! Adopt /e/OS the deGoogled mobile OS and online services
rolling back would mean reinstalling an unsupported android version, leaving your phone once again completely vulnerable (as it was for the past year), so I really would not recommend that!
Can you be more explicit about your unability to use 3rd party apps? You cannot install them? cannot launch them? (including the previously installed ones?)
Everything app-related still works fine for me on Teracube 2e emerald with 3.4. Do you have the same device or another teracube?
I guess you write of this upgrade of major Android version. Changes are to happen.
Rollback im impossible. You can instally manually an older version. I guess Teracube has also a ‘rollback protection (SPL)’ when locking bootloader. Please check installation guide properly.
If you just want to ‘disable’ and app, you could try with adb. There are lots of threads about it how to disable apps.

Try to switch back to other boot slot
fastboot set_active other
The build has been held as we got a report from two users that their device did a factory reset after the upgrade. The team is investigation the issue. Will update if there are any details to share.
FMRadio is supported by the hardware in the teracube device and was added.

Any update about this.? 3.4 is working well on my Teracube Emerald for several days now and I’m actually quite pleased with it. Apart from an issue with not being able to connect to my Windows computer via USB there is surprisingly little that got broken for such a major version upgrade and now I get security updates again plus a few interesting new features !
I also have 3.4 running on emerald with no issues; connects to PC via USB and FM radio works well.
