Privacy Guard on a GS290

I just installed /e/OS on a GS290, there is no Privacy Guard in the settings.
Why is this? Is there something I can do?
I have 3 other phones with /e/OS and they all have Privacy Guard

It is due to LineageOS version.

Well known by Android 7 users,
“Privacy Guard” was hard to find in Android 9,
But has disappeared in Android 10/11.

Next year, must come the “Privacy Center” from the /e/-dev-team.
