Problem starting Galaxy S9 out-of-the-box

Hello, I just unpacked my new /e/ Galaxy S9 with /e/ out of the box.
It starts with TWRP and that’s all, and I do not know what’s next.
I suppose that I have to mount or install something?
Is there any documentation available that I cannot find? There is a “[HOWTO] Buy a new phone with /e/ already installed on it!” but that link doesn’t work.

That should not happen. The phones should work out of the box literally. Pl send a mail to support@e.email with the purchase details.

Thx for your reply. I started the phone again and it is working perfect now, out of the box.
