Problems Logging in After Disabling TOTP - Can Anyone Help?

Can anyone help me?

I was having problems syncing Murena on my FP3 so turned off TOTP to see if that would solve.

When I login to Murena.io it is still asking for my TOTP code but then gives me an error of:

Internal Server Error

The server was unable to complete your request.

If this happens again, please send the technical details below to the server administrator.

More details can be found in the server log.

I can used a backup code to login OK, but these will run out eventually.
