Proposal of Accessibility Mode

Hello,

If not already planned, I would like to propose the integration of an accessibility mode option.
I am thinking, for example, of a:

  • colorblind fashion
  • a visually impaired mode (with large characters, perhaps a dictation system)
  • a simplified phone mode for older people

Personally, I am dyslexic and the OpenDyslexic font helps me, but I can’t find an option to add or just set the system’s writing font.

For your information there is an .apk in the OpenDyslexic font package that installs a (old) cyanogenemode theme.

https://opendyslexic.org/

These options could be integrated with an “Accessibility” icon on the phone’s home page (which would go directly to the existing Accessibility option, but to the interface rethink for more clarity and especially with pre-parameter modes and not only the activation or not of single options).

Or integrate it into a theme system (I don’t know if it’s planned [it’s a big job], but it would be a plus.

Here’s just a proposal/remark, a little more that could bring /e/

Hi @Post-Scriptum this is a good suggestion. Please can you add it as a feature request on Gitlab.
