Proximity sensor problem with dialer

Hi,

I have a Samsung A52s 5G. The dialer doesn’t turn of the keys when calling with the dialer app. I tested the proximity sensor with the Device Info HW app. The sesor seems ok. Any sugestions?

If this was previously working fine but this has become a “bad habit” then on a Samsung Soft reset can be a fix. No data is lost except unsaved work.
