Purchased fairphone, issuse with ups delivery, support reaction, structure

Hi,

I looking for a person in charge to solve the issue about ticket 9981153, 9982251

In a nutshell:

Fairphone 6, bumper, privacy glass, was purchased before Xmas, ups said they put it in my letterbox (fairphone and bumper) but my letterbox was empty. I contacted support, pushed ups, … some days later the privacy glas was delivered, lost Parcel claim was opened , in January the message arrived ups can’t find the parcel, support was telling me they will compensate or sending a new phone. I gave a different address where a person will be there the hole day. No reaction anymore.

I don’t understand why ups is putting a 700€ parcel into a letterbox without handoff in person, I paid 20€ for ups delivery.

I don’t have my phone, I paid for, in my hand.

I tried to reach out helpdesk several times but response is still open.

I’m a bit in panic, I like this project, that’s why I did push forward next step, so this is the chance.

I’m interested if someone else has issues with response time, delivery too.

Hi Manoj,

Thank you very much for your support, my phone was delivered today. After you passed it to support there was a quick reaction.
I checked the size of delivery and my letterbox, it can’t fit into the letterbox it is to thick.
